Abianda supports this statement by the Transform Drug Policy Foundation on the criminalising of nitrous oxide. As with all 'war on drugs' proposals, we know this will bring more young women and girls into contact with the criminal justice system with no evidence that it reduces harm. We must listen to the global evidence of what works when addressing the harms caused by drug use.
